Catherine Brown

Catherine brings over two decades of dynamic experience in strategic human resources and executive search to our team. As our Consultant People Business Partner, she plays a pivotal role in aligning organisational objectives with the firm’s most valuable asset – our people.  Catherine will play an essential liaison role between our people and the business, deeply understanding our organisational goals and ensuring that our people contribute significantly to achieving these objectives.

Having graduated in Law and qualified as a Solicitor with DLA, Catherine moved into executive search. She was instrumental in building the Legal In-House Division at Michael Page London before joining financial markets firm Hogarth Davies Lloyd in 1999 where she ultimately led the Global Legal and Compliance practice.

With a keen understanding of talent management, employment law, and organisational dynamics, Catherine enables teams to thrive in an ever-evolving business landscape. Her strategic acumen and commitment to fostering a culture of growth and inclusivity make her an invaluable asset to our organisation.
