Joshua Roy joined Cleveland & Co in 2023 as a Software Engineer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to support the firm in building innovative software solutions. At Cleveland & Co, Joshua harnesses his analytical thinking to make the firm’s digital products more user-friendly, applying a proactive and results-oriented approach to overcome any software challenges that arise.
Joshua’s passion for technology and strong work ethic have driven him to excel in the technology sector. Through his previous experiences as a Server Administrator, IT Consultant and Lead Software Engineer, Joshua has honed his skills and expanded his knowledge base. His expertise extends to a wide range of technologies, including Flutter, Firebase/Firestore, Python, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Solidity, and C#, while also specialising in IT networking and DevOps during his time in South Africa.
Beyond his work at the firm, Joshua enjoys exploring alternative problem-solving methods, dedicating his time to conceptualising, developing, rigorously testing, and maintaining software applications that have the potential to positively impact the lives of millions of individuals worldwide.

Helin Genç joined Cleveland & Co in 2022 as a Legal Administrator to support the legal and operational team with a broad range of tasks including diary management, legal research, business development admin, and client onboarding, as well as contributing to the firms marketing efforts by writing articles and newsletters.
Helin holds an LLB Law and is currently undertaking her LPC and LLM in Law and Business at the University of Law and aspires to be a corporate lawyer. She has over 3 years’ experience in legal services, working as part of a national committee, and assisting in complex legal matters. Helin has worked with a variety of organisations, alongside people of all different levels gaining significant experience in drafting commercial contracts, agreements, and transactional documents. Her experience across legal services and exposure to the commercial aspects of the businesses she has worked with, makes her a valuable asset to the team.
When Helin is not providing her expertise and insights at Cleveland & Co, she enjoys travelling to new destinations and learning about different cultures and people. She is also part of a diversity and inclusion project working as a people’s and projects assistant manager and research assistant, raising awareness, and supporting diversity and inclusion in legal services.
