Helin Genç joined Cleveland & Co in 2022 as a Legal Administrator to support the legal and operational team with a broad range of tasks including diary management, legal research, business development admin, and client onboarding, as well as contributing to the firms marketing efforts by writing articles and newsletters.

Helin holds an LLB Law and is currently undertaking her LPC and LLM in Law and Business at the University of Law and aspires to be a corporate lawyer. She has over 3 years’ experience in legal services, working as part of a national committee, and assisting in complex legal matters. Helin has worked with a variety of organisations, alongside people of all different levels gaining significant experience in drafting commercial contracts, agreements, and transactional documents. Her experience across legal services and exposure to the commercial aspects of the businesses she has worked with, makes her a valuable asset to the team.

When Helin is not providing her expertise and insights at Cleveland & Co, she enjoys travelling to new destinations and learning about different cultures and people. She is also part of a diversity and inclusion project working as a people’s and projects assistant manager and research assistant, raising awareness, and supporting diversity and inclusion in legal services.
